जोतिष्यशास्त्रात ग्रहांच्या स्पंदनाला खूप महत्व आहे. viabrations ज्याला आपण मराठीत कंप किंवा स्पंदन म्हणू जेव्हा एका सेकंदात सोळा पेक्षा जास्त पण आठ हजार पेक्षा कमी स्पंदने होतात तेव्हा त्यातून नाद निर्माण होतो आणि जेव्हा तो लयबद्ध होतो तेव्हा त्याला आपण संगीत म्हणतो. सामवेद हा सर्वस्वी संगीता साठी म्हणून प्रसिद्ध आहे. आणि जोतिष्य हे वेदांग आहे. या दोघांच्या संबंधाचा उपयोग करून आपण जोतिष्यशास्त्रात संगीताचा वापर एक उपाय म्हणून कसा वापरता येईल ते पाहू.       
                 
संगीत हे एक असे एकमेवाव्दितीय विज्ञान आहे कि ज्याच्या प्रभावापासून कोणीही अगदी पक्षी, प्राणी, मानव, आदिवासी, जात, धर्म, पंथ दूर नाहीत. संगीताला विज्ञानाचे विज्ञान असे म्हणतात कारण संगीत मग ते कोणत्याही देशाचे, भाषेचे असो त्याच्यामध्ये तुमच्या अंतरात्म्याला थेट स्पर्श करण्याची ताकद आहे. आणि ते समजण्यास कोणत्याही भाषेच्या भाषान्तराची गरज नसते. 
                     
संगीताचे विज्ञान "नाद" या वर अवलंबून आहे आणि नाद हा साऱ्या विश्वात व्यापून राहिला आहे. "सा रे ग म प ध नि" हे सात सूर महादेवाच्या नृत्य आविष्कारातून निर्माण झाले असे मानतात.  स्वर व त्यांचे ग्रह खालील प्रमाणे-

तसेच राग आणि राशी

भैरवी रागावर शनीचे  प्रभुत्व आहे असे मानतात. राग भैरवी हा एक गूढ, भव्य, दिव्य, धीर, गंभीर असा राग आहे त्यामुळे शनीचे सर्व गुण त्याला लागू पडतात. श्री राग हा हळुवार प्रेम, संध्याकाळची हुरहूर, कोमलता व्यक्त करताना वापरतात म्हणूच हा शुक्राचा राग असे मानतात.

वेगवेगळे राग आणि त्यांची गायन पद्धती इतकी प्रभावशाली आहे कि ऐकणाऱ्याचा मनाचा नूर आणि मूड बदलून टाकण्याची क्षमता आहे. ज्या जातकांच्या पत्रिकेत चंद्र शनी, मंगळ राहू युती असते ते थोडयाश्या चिथावणीने ते एकदम सटकून जातात किंवा निराशेच्या गर्ततेत लोटले जातात अश्याना वीणेच्या एका झंकारानें आपोआप शांत करता येते. उष्णता, प्रकाश, आवाज, चुंबकीय व विद्युत क्षेत्रात सौम्य व उग्र अशी दोन टोके असतात तसेच राग, लोभ, मद, मोह, मत्सर, शांति या स्थितीमध्ये दोन टोकाची स्थिती घातकच असते सुर्वण मध्य संगीतानेच साधणे शक्य आहे.
                 
जेव्हा चंद्रा बरोबर शनी, मंगळ किंवा राहू असतात तेव्हा जातकात असलेली टोकाची नकारात्मक वृत्ती काही निवडक ट्यून मुळे काढून टाकता येते म्हणून तर आपल्या कडे विशिष्ठ मंत्र होम-जप असतात त्याच्या मध्ये संगीत आहेच. मंत्र होम जप या मधील नादानेच यजमानाच्या मनातील नकारात्मक वृत्तीवर परिणाम साधायचा असतो. त्यामुळे नकारत्मक ऊर्जा काढून टाकून सकारत्मक व उत्तम विचारशक्ती वाढीस लागते. गुरु हा बुद्धीचा तर शुक्र हा भावनेचा कारक मानतात ज्यांच्या चतुर्थात शुक्र ते संगीत उत्तम जाणतात तर गुरु असता ते संगीताचे उत्तम ज्ञान असलेले असतात.

एके काळी भारतीयांना या संगीत आणि नाद यावर इतके प्रभुत्व होतेकी ते दीप राग आळवून दिवे तर मेघमल्हार गाऊन पाऊस पाडू शकत. तानसेन यांनी एकदा आपल्या संगीताने पिसाळलेला हत्ती शांत केला अशा कथा तुम्ही ऐकल्या असतीलच. पंचमहाभूतांवर विजय मिळवू शकण्याची ही कला कालांतराने भारतीयांची दैवीशक्ती व अंतर्स्फूर्ती बद्दलची होत गेलेली उदानसीता करणीभूत आहे. त्यागराज, तानसेन, पंडित ओंकारनाथ ठाकूर दिगंबर विष्णू पलुस्कर याना त्यांच्या मनाच्या उत्कट भावावस्थेत  रागाची रचना सुचली असावी. असो पण आजही एक छानसे अंगाई गीत म्हणताच बाळ झोपी जाते कि नाही.

सप्तमात बिघडलेला शुक्र असणाऱ्यांनी मादक विषयासक्त संगीत फार ऐकू नये तसे करणे घातक ठरू शकते तसेच चतुर्थात बाधित शनी किंवा व्दितीयात शुक्र मंगळ अशा लोकांनी जरूर भक्ती संगीत (डिव्होशनल) ऐकावे.
   
सध्याचे संगीत हे ऐकणाऱ्यांना हिंस्त्र, पाशवी, रागीट, वाईट वृत्ती वाढीस लागण्यास मदत करते. पण संगीत हे एक दैवी शास्त्र आहे त्याचा आपण योग्य वापर करून समाज समृद्ध करण्यास केला पाहिजे. खरेतर हा विषय खूप मोठा आहे. दुसऱ्या भागात आपण कोणत्या विकारावर कोणत्या संगीताचा मंत्राचा वापर केल्यास मदत होईल ते पाहू.

असफल लग्न

असफल लग्नाला अनेकदा शनी कारणीभूत असतो. जेव्हा ७ चा सब शनी असतो तेव्हा लग्नाच्या संबंधी काही ना काही वाईट घडत असते. लग्न खूप उशीरा ठरणे, लग्न मोडणे, घटस्फोट, जोडीदाराचा मृत्यू अशा गोष्टी घडतात.

Saturn - Short writeup

Venus brings us into the world of desires, happiness and pleasure and Saturn senses the limitations of anything in the world and realizes it's all going to end. Saturn is the part of us that realizes the enormity of time and the effects of time to obliterate all things of matter, including our bodies and people we love and the awareness that everything is going to end at some point.

This sounds very bleak, but it's only bleak if we're immature. This fear of death compels us to get to know ourself on a deeper level, and, in fact, it's only when we face the threat of losing something that we truly appreciate it. This is the greatness of Saturn. We see things taken from us that we love, that we care about, that we thought were going to be there. Once this happens, we must look much more deeply into the nature of it and of life itself and find an answer. The nature of Saturn, in this way, makes us grow up.

Indian Vedic Astrology

Astrology is the science of telling the future from the position of planets and their influence on the affairs of Human beings. The record of the positions of planets at a certain occasion, e.g. birth, is called Horoscope (Janma Patrika) Jyotish is the Sanskrit word for Astrology. Jyotish is listed as one of the six sub-components of Vedas, the holy scriptures of Hindu Religion.

In the Nirayana method, importance is given not only to the planetary positions, but also to the time of Birth. The Zodiac (path of planets) is divided into twelve houses ( Rashi). In the same way the path of the Sun from Sunrise on one day to the Sunrise on the following day is also divided into twelve Lagnas (Rashi). Twelfth House - Vyayasthan - It signifies private enemies, pleasures of beds, law suits, imprisonments, secret works, moksha, hospitalisation, conjugal relations with opposite sex other than legitimate. Sorrows, debts, lost articles etc. are judged. Body parts are feet, left eye, teeth etc.

To find arrival of a person through K.P

Take a Horary number yourself or ask some to give, within 249, and prepare a Horary chart for the latitude and longitude, and also note down the Ruling planets for the time immediately after finishing the Horary chart. Make a table of significators and keep it ready for your reference.

The subject is when will the event take place of once arrival. Whether one will arrive earlier or later or whether one not at all comes. This is indicated by the cusp sub lord and by the Ruling Planets, which one should remember.

If the cusp sub lord and the ruling planets simultaneously signify the houses, which we taken for consideration, the matter will be imminent, If any of the significators is not favourable, the matter in question will be delayed or may also fail to fructify.

The 7th house indicates the person in question mostly. If the 7th cusp sub lord’s star lord signifies any one of the 3rd or 5th or 9th along with 7th or the 11th houses, one will arrive earlier. If that star signifies 7th 5th and 11th, one will come latter. But it should signify the 3rd and the 9th without fail.

If the 7th cusp sub lord’s star lord signifies the houses 4th, 8th, 10th, or 12th, the expected person changes his mind and stay back. He will not come.

Why we have to consider the houses 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, and the 11th. The reason is that the 3rd house indicates travel and short travel. The 9th house indicates the long travel. The 5th house denotes the other persons desire to move. The 11th house shows our desire fulfillment by receiving the needed person. The 7th house indicates opponent or the person expected by us. We or I is indicated by the lagna of the horary chart.

Therefore, we can confirm the arrival of a person, by taking the sub lord’s star lord of the 7th cusp, and any of the strong R.P. signifies the houses 3rd or 5th or 9th and 11th, the matter in query is imminent.

If any planet in the significators list is in retrogression and if its star lord is in direct motion, the matter will come through if a significator is in retrograde and if its star lord is also in retrogression, the matter will not materialize.

One should call the R.P. and take the day lord in the R.P. and find out whether the day lord is in direct or in retrograde motion, to confirm the event matter to take place early or later. Next the student in K.P., should take the following days of which is a strong significator as per the HORARY chart significator, in relevance to the query. By this process we can confirm the arrival day of the person most correctly.
